Sariwangi Parfum - POS & Recommendation System

• Built a web-based point-of-sale system for a perfume refill store with more than 100 fragrance variants
• Designed a custom MVC architecture in native PHP without a framework, split into Core, Models, Services and Controllers
• Implemented real-time product recommendations using user-based collaborative filtering with cosine similarity
• Integrated dynamic QRIS payments under the EMVCo standard, embedding the transaction amount directly into the QR code
• Applied role-based access control for two roles: owner (admin) and cashier
• Delivered reporting and CRM modules with daily revenue trend charts and a Top 10 VIP spenders leaderboard
• Validated 22 functional scenarios through black-box testing with a 100% pass rate

The project covers the full flow a shop actually uses every day: cashier transactions, member and stock management, and an owner dashboard that reads revenue, best-selling scents and customer behaviour at a glance.
